General Dermatology Appointment Scheduling
To ensure timely care for all patients, we require confirmation of all general dermatology appointments.
Appointment Confirmation
All general dermatology appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Appointments that are not confirmed within this window will be cancelled and will need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation & No-Show Fee
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments ("no-shows"), will incur a $50 administrative fee.
Please note that this fee is not billable to insurance, is non-reimbursable, and must be paid in full before any future appointments or procedures can be scheduled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide timely care for all of our patients.
Surgery Confirmation, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Surgical appointments require careful planning and coordination. When a surgical appointment is not filled due to a cancellation or no-show, other patients are unable to receive timely care. We ask for your cooperation in helping us serve everyone effectively.
Surgery Confirmation Requirement
All surgical appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the surgery date. If your appointment is not confirmed within this timeframe, it will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.
After-Hours Cancellations
If you need to cancel your surgery within 48 hours of the appointment and it is after normal business hours, please call (513) 820-2344.
Cancellation Fee
We require a minimum 48-hour notice to cancel a cosmetic procedure. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a $500 administrative fee. This fee is not billable to insurance, is non-reimbursable, and must be paid before any future appointments or procedures can be scheduled.
Cosmetic Consultation Financial Policy
Medical and cosmetic services are provided in our office and are billed separately, even when both are addressed at the same appointment. Please review the following financial policy carefully.
Consultation Fee
A $200.00 fee is required to schedule a cosmetic consultation. This fee will be applied toward the cost of any cosmetic procedure performed.
Payment Requirements
All cosmetic procedures must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service. Cosmetic consultations and procedures are not covered by insurance and will not be billed to insurance.
Medical Concerns at a Cosmetic Visit
If you are scheduled for a cosmetic visit and mention a medical concern, we will address it if the schedule permits. The cost of the medical encounter is not included in the cosmetic cost and will incur a separate charge to insurance, if applicable.
Cosmetic Concerns at a Medical Visit
If you are scheduled for a medical visit and mention a cosmetic concern, we will address it if the schedule permits. A $200.00 cosmetic consultation fee is due at the time of service and does not apply to your medical visit charges.
Cosmetic Procedure Scheduling Policy
To reserve your cosmetic procedure appointment, the following deposit and payment schedule applies.
Deposit & Balance
To schedule a cosmetic procedure, 50% of the total procedure cost is required at the time of scheduling. The remaining balance is due at your pre-operative appointment (if one is required) or seven (7) days prior to the procedure date.
