BEST dermatologist in the city! Dr.Grevey is tops in dermatology. I’ve been going there 30 yrs. Had 4 Moh’s surgeries & he’s very kind, explains procedures well & makes you at ease during the visits. Highly recommend him to everyone needing any dermatology issues. HE’s THE BEST.

Was a patient with this office for yrs and left due to clash in personalities with female dr that was in with dr grevey. Then came back and saw an outstanding nurse practicioner, until she left during covid. Seen Doc Grevey since. The office staff is outstanding. Direct reflection of doc Grevey and Kim the office manager, who I know too well because of insurance claims. She/they always try and get the patients what doc grevey prescribes. How the staff deals with insurances daily is beyond me... if youre looking fir a very good dr and a very good staff.... go here

Very much appreciate how quickly I was able to get an appointment. They were able to see me in 2 weeks versus the 6 months for the office my PCP referred me to. Problem was immediately identified and treated .

I am a long time patient of dermatology &surgery. I had a couple of places on my face that I wanted checked. I called on a Monday, the staff was able to get me an appointment for Tuesday. I was taken care of at the appointment by the Medical staff. I was pleased with the treatment and appreciate their caring and professional staff.

Friendly desk help, the ‘assistant’ (Janeesha) sp? was amazing, as always, Dr. Grevey makes you feel so confident he notices anything amiss. If I had to find a negative, even though they’re not really using it right now, the waiting room deserves a much needed ‘face lift’! Needs to look fresh and clean!When I compare ‘girl talk’ with my friends, it appears this office is ‘over the top’ compared to theirs. Good job everyone!!

Very efficient. I waited in my car until my appointment time. They called me, I came in they put me in the waiting room after a couple minutes and the doctor entered a few minutes after that. Visit was short and to the point. I would highly recommend.

They got me in the very next day when someone cancelled their appointment. To my relief, the spot I was worried about turned out to be nothing. My visit overall was very positive. I like the wait-in-your-car policy. You receive a cell phone call when the doctor is ready to see you. I believe this proceedure should always be used, pandemic or not. My doctor, Brown, was excellent. She was very thorough in her examination, and has outstanding "people-skills". My only complaint is that I was called to enter the office thirty-one minutes after my appointment time.

Excellent first visit to the Fairfield office to have a few items checked. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I checked in, was taken back to the exam room within minutes, and Dr. Brown was in right away to see me. Everything was explained thoroughly. One item was painlessly taken care of on the spot and an appointment made for another.

First off, let me say, "I knew going in, I would end up with the MOH's procedure in my very near future.A friend of mine had gone to Dr. Grevey, and had the MOH's procedure. He stated how he re,ally liked the staff. At the time, I had been thru this procedure, twice, same place, with another Dr. in trihealth.I knew when the basal cell carcinoma came back a third time, it was time for a change. Dr. Grevey came to mind. Thank goodness for a friend singing the praises of Dr. Grevey.I was elated with his staff and Dr. Grevey. So personable. Listened to everything. Didn't miss a beat.What a nice change from the cattle calls that are out there.

During this COVID pandemic I thought that the Dermatology and Surgery office acted in a very safe and professional manner. I arrived for my appointment on time and only had to wait about 5 minutes before being seen by the doctor. All staff wore masks and I felt very safe during my visit.

Was able to make an appointment that was scheduled for in less than a week. On day of appointment got checked in, moved to my room, saw the Doctor all in about 30 minutes. It had been about two years since last visit and my situation was an easy diagnosis.

I found the staff to be very professional and courteous. Everything was discussed clearly with me. The doctor and the assistant listened to me and made me feel that what I had to share was important.

Dr. Grevey and staff are fantastic. Sarah, Kim, everyone has made the experience of getting spots cut/frozen off a lot less painful than it might be. There have been times over the years I’ve sat in the waiting room too long, but this stuff is an art, not an assembly line. I figure someone ahead of me is getting great care—why should that be skipped for my benefit? I’m going to want it (and get it) when it’s my turn. Of all my doctors, they’re on time the most often. Great doctor, great staff.

The office is clean, well maintained and everyone was following good safety protocols. The staff was very professional and efficient, very little waiting time in the lobby and in the exam room. The doctor and nurse were very thorough and detailed in explanations for me so that I had full understanding of the upcoming procedure. They made me feel like I matter to them. Great service! I had deep acne scarring that I hated, especially being in competitions where you get judged on your physical appearance. I had four Fraxel procedures and everyone was extremely supportive and kind. The staff is great and Dr. Grevey is very caring. My scars have improved tremendously!

I have never met a more informative and compassionate Doctor. Dr. Grevey did a great job and the staff was beyond sweet. I was at ease throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent physician. I had Mohs surgery twice on my nose and the results were very positive.

Everyone explains in detail what needs to be done, when, and possible outcome.
My procedure went very well.
I did have to wait longer than they were hoping but that was due to another's procedure taking longer, it put everyone behind. I hope if I have a procedure that takes longer everyone understands. Dr. Grevey was excellent in his calmness even though he was running behind. I felt I had everyone's attention when it was my turn.
Thanks everyone for taking great care of me.

got an appointment right away I was surprised that I was able to get in to see the doc right away. I've heard that most places were pretty hard to get in to which is frustrating but not here. It turns out that the mole I wanted checked is fine so I have peace of mind now.

Dr. Grevey Had a cyst removed by Dr. Grevey. He is an exceptional physican and took a little extra time to make sure I wasn't in pain and comfortable during the procedure. As far as his personal life to the other reviews....get your nose out of it...it has nothing to do with him as a MD. Everyone has something, grown up.

Dr Grevey recommended the intensive treatment and told me that I will have better results however he did not explain the consequences of this intense treatment...(= very painful and prolonged recovery). It was much more (pain and swelling) that I was prepared for...I hope it was worth it. He is a good doctor but needs to be more transparent with his patients.
