APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING POLICY

General dermatology appointments are confirmed. If your appointment is not confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled. 

If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or the patient does not show for the appointment, a $50 Administrative Fee will be charged.  This fee is not billable to insurance or reimbursable, and must be paid before the scheduling of any other appointments or procedures.
